So what's involved?
Emails
An email a day for 5 days with video prompts and lots of tips and support to get you through. First one comes instantly to your inbox when you sign up.
5 minutes
It should only take you 5 minutes a day - less time than a coffee break (make mine a decaf soy latte thanks).
Different levels
Each day has two levels so you can pick-a-path based on how comfortable you feel in front of the camera.
