Workshop & Events Terms & Conditions

Please read these in full and let me know if you have any questions before booking.  




Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment. 


Event reminders: It is the customer’s responsibility to check the timing of the event, and remembering and attending the event is the customer’s sole responsibility. Show & Tell will send reminders via email. Due to the possibility of messages being missed, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to keep their contact details up to date, check junk folders, mark Show & Tell as a safe sender in your inbox and follow up with Show & Tell if they have not received any reminders prior to the event.


Cancellation by the Customer:

  • If the customer cancels their enrollment up to 2 weeks before the workshop/event start date, they will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • If the customer cancels their enrollment after 2 weeks before the workshop/event start date, they will receive their money back less $100. This goes towards venue hire and catering costs (if applicable).
  • If the customer cancels their enrollment the day of or one day prior to the workshop/event they will receive 50% of their money back, or the option to re-schedule if appropriate.


Cancellation by Show & Tell: Show & Tell reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option of a full refund or enrollment in a future workshop.


Liability: Show & Tell is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the workshop. Customers are responsible for their own safety and belongings.  Show & Tell is also not liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, closure of airports, civil strife, worldwide pandemics, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.


Privacy: Show & Tell respects the privacy of its customers and will not share any personal information without prior consent.


Complaints: In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will notify Show & Tell at the earliest opportunity, giving Show & Tell a reasonable chance to rectify the situation.


Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Show & Tell and the customer and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.


By enrolling in a Show & Tell workshop, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
